Terrence oversees Brickell’s day to day operations, including legal and contractual matters. He also is involved in asset trading and leasing. Prior to joining Brickell, Terrence held various positions at AeroTurbine, Inc. and established several aviation related companies. Terrence holds a B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law.

Julio Barrios
Director of Quality
Julio oversees Quality Assurance at Brickell and brings more than 35 years of experience in Operations, Production, and Quality management across the aviation, automotive, and beverage industries. Prior to joining Brickell, Julio held leadership roles with Kellstrom, AeroTurbine, and GA Telesis. Julio attended Miami Dade College, where he majored in Accounting.

Scott’s responsibilities at Brickell include treasury, financial reporting, tax management, benefits and accounting. He has over twenty years of experience in aviation including roles with a major airline and a global aviation aftermarket company. Scott holds a B.A. and MBA from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Ashley holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Florida Atlantic University and maintains strong emphasis on long-term customer partnerships and sustainable growth.
